Justice A. S. Umar of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court sitting in Maitama, has granted bail to a former Chief of Naval Staff, Usman Jibrin, and two others who are currently being tried for criminal conspiracy brought against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
