Today September 27, 2016, the Nigerian Senate rejected the sale of some National assets to reflate the economy which is currently in recession. Many Nigerians including the Senate President Bukola Saraki and members of the National Economic Council NEC have all favored the sale of some national assets like stake in NLNG, as measures to revive the ailing economy.
